Front photo taken in February 2012 shows new siding, shutters and windows. You can see the chimneys for the fireplaces in the living room on the left and family room on the right.

3/31/2012 - This house is bigger than it looks. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the upper level. The smallest bedroom is 10' 9" x 10' 10" - front left window.

There is enough room on the pad beside the garage to store pickup truck towing a boat on a trailer. The raised flower bed in front of the van is full of good composted leave mulch soil. Soon the flowers will be blooming.

On the south side of the house are 2 raised garden beds. The herbs and vegetables love the sun and soil here. And you are only a few steps from the upper brick patio and kitchen. If you wanted to fence the back yard, I would suggest adding a short section of fence with a gate running between the 2 garden beds. Sorry this photo is so small ... our camera is broken.

The bushes on the left are 4 butterfly bushes ... it is fun to watch the butterflies all summer from the Kitchen table or either outdoor patio when these bushes are blooming. Behind the camera and to the right is a large Japanese Maple with a cluster of azaleas under it about to burst into bloom.

This is a sweetheart of a master bedroom. The master suite includes his and her closets with by pass doors, a master bath with shower and a linen closet. The master bath was gutted in 2010. It contains a new shower, a new 48" vanity and a new window to the back yard. The fan and lights are new too.

This is bedroom #2 of 4. It is the second largest at 10' x 13'. The closet and double window are behind the camera. The hall bathroom with a tub and shower is across the hall.

This is Bedroom #3 of 4. It has a double window to the front and single window facing North down the hill. It includes built in book shelves and a closet. The size is 10' 10" x 11' 6".

This is bedroom #4 is the smallest bedroom at a size of 10' 9" x 10' 10", but it has a larger closet than bedrooms #2 and #3. The double window faces the front of the house.

The Kitchen was gutted and rebuilt in 2010 with quality maple cabinets, granite counter tops, and all new stainless appliances. At this time, the Kitchen was opened up to the Dining Room and the peninsula was added. The Kitchen opens to the Living Room, Dining Room and Family Room, which provides great flow when entertaining.

Here is a view thru the kitchen into the dining room and outside. Outside the far window are the herb and vegetable gardens. The hardwood floor in the Kitchen was added in 2010. This is also when all the windows in the house were replaced. My favorite is the Kitchen bay window with the Living Room bay window taking a close second place.

The kitchen is the center of this house. Here is a view looking thru the kitchen into the living room and dining room. There are 2 routes to the front door. One is thru the living room and down the 7 front steps to the foyer. The second route is down the 7 back steps to the family room then thru the hall to the foyer.

Here is a view of the living room from the stairs to the bedrooms. The living room bay window faces the street. Both the living room and family room fire places are masonry and were converted to natural gas by owners #2 several years ago. Both fireplaces have remote starters and can keep the house from freezing if there is a power outage in the winter.

Here is a view from the family room up to the kitchen. The family room is 15' 2" x 21' 6".

This is the family room from the other direction looking out to the lower patio.

17015
This is a view from the living room looking into the dining room at the upper brick patio doors. The dining room is 11' 10" x 12' 4".

This is a view looking into the dining room from the patio and on thru the living room.

The Laundry room is under the kitchen. It has kitchen cabinets on 3 walls with Formica counter tops. The new furnace and hot water heater are also in the laundry room. Under the dining room is a storage room. Under the living room is a 13' x 22' 2" rec room. You can add a large rug and call it a play room. This room has an unfinished ceiling and cement block walls. When the new furnace was installed 2 furnace vents were added making the lower level comfortable in all seasons. P.S. There are approximately 20 young children on the Beech Tree cul-de-sac. Clermont Elementary School attracts young families with children to this neighborhood.

This is Joan having fun destroying the old kitchen early in the Beech Tree house make over project of 2010 and 2011. This doesn't look at all like today's kitchen.
